To ensure a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment, our school has laid down
certain rules and regulations which must be followed by all students, staff, and stakeholders.

1. Code of Conduct for Students and Staff

  • All students and staff are expected to behave in a respectful, courteous, and responsible manner.
  • Mutual respect, honesty, and cooperation must be maintained at all times within the school premises.
  • Students must follow the instructions of teachers and school authorities without arguments.
  • Any kind of abusive language, bullying, teasing, or disrespectful behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  • Teachers and staff are expected to maintain professional behaviour and serve as role models for students.

2. Attendance Requirements

  • Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in final examinations, as per CBSE norms.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is expected from all students and staff.
  • Leave must be informed in advance through a written application or digital portal.
  • In case of long illness or emergency, medical certificates must be submitted.
  • Absentees without prior intimation may face disciplinary action.

3. Use of School Property

  • Students must handle school furniture, laboratories, library books, and digital devices responsibly.
  • Damaging or defacing school property (e.g., walls, desks, books, computers) will lead to strict disciplinary action and recovery charges.
  • Shared spaces like washrooms, classrooms, and corridors must be kept clean and tidy.
  • Students are encouraged to develop a sense of ownership and care for the school’s infrastructure.

4. Prohibited Items and Actions

  • Carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic gadgets without permission is strictly banned.
  • Items such as chewing gum, firecrackers, harmful objects, or inappropriate material are not allowed.
  • Smoking, drinking, or consumption of any prohibited substance is strictly forbidden.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the school campus during school hours without written permission.

5. Disciplinary Actions

  • Verbal or written warnings will be issued for minor misconduct.
  • Repeated violations may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission.
  • Any serious misconduct (like violence, theft, or cheating in exams) will invite immediate disciplinary review by the school committee.
  • Parents will be informed and involved in resolving behavioural issues when necessary.
