Parents play a vital role in a child’s academic and personal development. A strong partnership between the school and home ensures that every child receives the guidance, support, and discipline they need to succeed. We respectfully request all parents to adhere to the following responsibilities:

1. Attend PTMs Regularly

  • Parents must attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to stay informed about their ward’s academic performance, behavior, and overall progress.
  • PTMs are an opportunity to discuss concerns, clarify doubts, and work together with teachers for the child’s improvement.
  • Regular attendance in PTMs is mandatory unless excused due to genuine reasons.

2. Support Students’ Academic Progress

  • Ensure that your child:
    • Completes homework regularly
    • Studies consistently
    • Maintains notebooks and learning materials properly
  • Encourage reading habits, revision, and a distraction-free study environment at home.
  • Monitor their performance in tests, assignments, and projects.

3. Ensure Punctuality and Discipline

  • Send your child to school on time, in complete and clean uniform, and with all necessary materials.
  • Reinforce discipline and good behavior at home to complement the school’s efforts.
  • Avoid unnecessary absenteeism, especially around tests or exams.

4. Avoid Disturbing School Functioning During Hours

  • Parents should not visit classrooms or meet teachers during school hours without prior permission.
  • Emergency visits should be routed through the school reception or office.
  • Refrain from contacting teachers directly via calls/messages during class hours.

5. Communicate Respectfully with Staff

  • Maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude in all interactions with school staff.
  • Concerns or complaints should be raised politely through the proper channels (Coordinator/Principal).
  • Harsh language, misbehaviour, or threats will not be tolerated and may result in serious action.

Together, let’s create a positive and supportive environment that empowers every child to grow with confidence and character.
