community assets that must be preserved for present and future use.

1. Responsible Handling of Property

  • Students must handle furniture, laboratory equipment, library books, sports gear, and digital devices with care and responsibility.
  • Any item issued to a student (e.g., library books or lab kits) must be returned in good condition by the assigned deadline.

2. Damage and Defacement

  • Acts of damaging, scribbling, or defacing school property such as walls, benches, books, or computers are strictly prohibited.
  • If a student is found responsible for any kind of damage, recovery charges will be levied and disciplinary action may be taken.
  • Parents will be notified in case of serious or repeated offenses.

3. Cleanliness of Shared Spaces

  • Shared areas such as classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and playgrounds must be used with care and kept clean.
  • Littering, vandalizing, or damaging public spaces is not acceptable.
  • All students are expected to use dustbins, flush washrooms properly, and maintain hygiene.

4. Developing a Sense of Ownership

  • Students are encouraged to treat the school premises as their second home.
  • Participation in cleanliness drives, plantation activities, and upkeep initiatives is promoted to instill a sense of ownership.
  • Respecting school property reflects a student’s values and contributes to a positive school environment.
