Our school functions with a well-structured time schedule to ensure smooth academic and
administrative operations. The timings are designed keeping in mind the age of students,
seasonal needs, and optimal learning hours.
1. Class Hours
(Subject to seasonal changes)
Summer Schedule (April to October):
- Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Winter Schedule (November to February):
- Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Note: Exact dates for seasonal schedule changes will be communicated in
advance.
2. Office Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- The school office remains closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- For admission, fee-related, or administrative queries, parents are requested to visit during office hours only.
3. Break / Lunch Timings
Lunch Break: 11:00 AM – 11:20 AM
Students are encouraged to bring nutritious homemade meals and avoid junk
food.
4. Entry and Exit Timing
- Entry Time:
- Students must reach the school at least 10 minutes before the assembly.
- Gates close at 7:30 AM (summer) and 8:30 AM (winter) sharp.
- Exit Time:
- School dispersal begins at 1:30 PM (summer) and 2:30 PM (winter).
- Parents/guardians must ensure timely pickup of their wards.
Late arrivals and early departures are discouraged unless due to valid reasons,
supported by prior permission.
