A Transfer Certificate (TC) is an essential document required when a student is moving from one school to another. Our school has a simple and transparent process for issuing TCs, ensuring timely and smooth transitions.
1. Process for Applying TC
- The parent/guardian must submit a written application for the Transfer Certificate to the school office or Principal.
- The application should include:
- Student’s full name
- Class and section
- Admission number
- Reason for withdrawal
- Requested last date of attendance
- In some cases, schools may also provide a prescribed TC request form for parents to fill.
2. Time Taken for Issue
- Once the application is approved and all dues are cleared, the TC is usually issued within 7 working days.
- In peak seasons (March–April), slight delays may occur due to high processing volume.
3. Online or Offline Request Format
- Parents can request the TC through:
- Offline mode: by submitting a written application in person at the school office.
- Online mode (if applicable): by emailing the request to the official school email address or through the parent portal (if provided by the school).
Kindly ensure that the application is clear and complete to avoid delays.
